EXHIBITING OPPORTUNITIES

The Fulton Street Gallery has numerous opportunities for artists to exhibit their work.

The best way to get our attention is by joining FSG and entering our exhibitions.

• ALTERNATIVE SPACES - There are many opportunity for members to exhibit in community spaces as representatives of the  gallery.

• JURIED EXHIBITS   - FSG believs strongly in education and provides open juried exhibits, which artists from every part of the world are eligible to enter. This affords the public and regional artists an opportunity to learn about other styles, mediums and cultures. Every year FSG enlists the services of a professional arts curator to bring together a cohesive exhbition from selected entries, with a general, specific topic or theme. Often FSG awards solo exhibitions to artists who enter juried exhibitions through a juror's award.

• MEMBERS EXHIBITS - All members (active, supporting, sustaining, visionary) are eligible to exhibition the Members Exhibition, which is held once a year from December through the first week of January.  Every member is guaranteed at least one piece in the exhibit. The gallery is member friendly, and work may be hand delivered for curating, or entries may be e-mailed or put on CD or DVD and mailed to the gallery. 

• MEMBERS SHOP - All members (active, supporting, sustaining, visionary) are eligible to exhibition in the Members Shop - a new addition in the gallery and on-line. Members work will be on display for two months in the gallery, then placed in our on-line shop.

 • ON-LINE SHOP - There will be a page on each member on the website with resume, artist statement and a sample of the artists work. Links will take the public to the members album of images onthe site, to their website, if they have one and to items they may have in the gallery shop. 

• ON-LINE EXHIBITION - In the near future there will be a video component on the website, and slide shows.

• SOLO and SMALL GROUP EXHIBITIONS - Artists who are interested in exhibitng a body of work at FSG should enter one of our juried exihibitions to better familize FSG with your work and level of professional responsibility. FSG also is constantly on the look for talented and underserved artists and will find these artists through oter galleries, exhibitions, and recommendations. Artists are encouraged to join as FSG members and to submit CD's of their work.

• THEME EXHIBITS - These may be invitational or juried. FSG is an educational venue, interested in exploring all topics and genres. There are no exhibition restrictions at FSG.......
